If you have ever step foot into the Swirbul Library at Adelphi University, it is likely that you have been hit with a blast of unbearably cold air which remains with you throughout your entire stay.  The low temperature in Swirbul is a threat to students' ability to study comfortably and for the employees of the library to work in for hours at a time, especially during the Fall/Winter months.  Students and employees of the university have been complaining about the low temperature of Swirbul for years which have been reported but result in no change. This petition is being created in hopes of finally getting the change that we have been asking for.
