We want to get a train for bikes to go from Mitcham, Lynton, Pinera and Belair. Preferably a jumbo carriage just for bikes fitted with bike racks.

This too effects anyone commuting including school kids and people that commute to work e.c.t. 

They need to change the 4 bike per carriage rule or make a carriage fitted with bike racks.
