Wild ducks are killed or injured along this stretch of road every year. They return to the site, presumably for access to the large dam on Woodside Rd. Providing a sign, will, in a small way, increase the public awareness message, remind folks to slow down and hopefully save more wildlife lives. This will also send positive public message: reminding all of the inherent value of our wildlife and bio-diversity. We hope it will also prevent public distress from the death or injuring of ducks.
