8 year old Addy (like a sister to me. my sister’s little sister) was crossing the street along with her two little sisters to get on a school bus, Addy, was fatally struck by a car who failed to stop for the school bus. We now want to make a law called “Addy’s Law.” Where children should not cross the street when getting on a school bus. The school bus should make a turn around for every drive way, making it where no child should have to cross the street while getting on the school bus. Though this cannot bring Addy back, this can save lives so no other family shall go through this again.

EDIT: WE did it. I want to thank each and everyone of you for taking the time out of your day to sign, and share this petition i have started. Addy is in heaven with Jesus… now i’m not sure what everyone else believes in… but i’m here to tell you that Jesus Christ is the way… he is the maker of heaven and earth, along with being the maker of miracles. Addy’s heart STILL beats today, though she is in heaven… someone else gets to live TODAY, because of HER! Addy not only saved ONE child she saved MULTIPLE children!… Now how good is God? Today Brian Kemp (governor of GA) signed Addy’s Law, and it’s official! I am just at loss of words right now, i am so thankful i can’t even begin to explain! I just wanna say THANK YOU ALL!!!
