I live in the City of Jamestown, NY. I'm reaching out to you as a concerned and distressed resident facing an urgent situation that has deeply impacted my family's quality of life. The property adjacent to mine has become the site of multiple zoning and health/safety violations. These issues not only impede my son's ability to play freely in our yard but also impose a constant threat to our sense of safety and well-being.

For months now, there have been multiple tents set up on the adjacent property. It's not merely a visual disturbance, but these temporary shelters have led to several altercations. The other morning, I was confronted with an aggressive threat at 6 AM, instilling significant fear for my safety when alone, both inside and outside my own home. There was a comment from somebody on one of the tent tenants posts suggesting to “help bury a body” in regards to me as I have showed concern.
