Speak at Community Board Meeting Tonight

Dear neighbors,

This evening, our local Community Board is holding its monthly meeting to discuss matters of importance to residents of the Upper East Side. Each meeting begins with an opportunity for members of the public to speak about issues impacting their daily lives. Because the Community Board often serves as a liaison to key City agencies and officials, this is a great opportunity to highlight the rat infestation on our block.
