The nursing profession should seek to retain nurse by creating policies to achieve this goal.  It's projected that 1.6 million nurses will be needed by 2032.  Healthcare of the population is important.  

EB3 or H1B nurses is projected to be impacted by the increasing cost to import nurses.  After all, with a focus on dismantling the DNR policy more nurses will be spared from its destructive use, thus facilitating retention. Please follow my work on https://YouTube.com/@dmfnursing
