We propose the enactment of more transparent processes in the State House regarding campaign contributions and influence. Implementing strict limits on PAC donations to ensure that legislative decisions reflect the needs of the people, not corporate entities, is a crucial step towards transparency and fairness. Furthermore, we advocate for the enforcement of rent control measures specific to manufactured home communities, ensuring rents and related charges are both reasonable and justifiable.
