The Issue

I have lived peacefully in Bradford for many years, but recently, my life and the safety of our neighbourhood have been disrupted by ongoing antisocial behaviour emanating from tenants at 19 Tunnicliffe Way. The persistent noise, late-night disturbances, and disregard for our community's wellbeing have not only caused distress among residents but have also diminished our sense of security and harmony.

Numerous complaints have been lodged with the Police / Leeds Council, yet little meaningful action seems to have been taken to alleviate these issues. Antisocial behaviour isn't just a minor inconvenience; it's a matter that affects mental health, property values, and community morale. In fact, studies from the Office for National Statistics indicate a significant correlation between antisocial behaviour and increased anxiety among affected residents.

We need the Police / Leeds Council and the landlord of 19 Tunnicliffe Way to take immediate and effective action. Firstly, a thorough investigation into the reported behaviours should be conducted. Upon confirming these activities, appropriate enforcement measures must be taken, which may include issuing fines, warnings, or ultimately, eviction of the tenants if compliance with community standards cannot be achieved.

Empowered by police / council-backed initiatives and proper landlord oversight, we can restore peace and safety to Tunnicliffe Way, ensuring it's a welcoming and secure place for families and residents. Holding the responsible parties accountable is not just an option; it's an urgent requirement.

Join me in urging the Police / Leeds Council and the landlord to take definitive steps to halt the antisocial activities plaguing our neighbourhood. Your support by signing this petition is crucial for the restoration of order and tranquillity in our community. Together, we can make a lasting change.
