This petition's purpose is to demand action by the City of Pittsburgh to add more street safety for pedestrians and motorists traveling along or across the Smallman St/23rd St intersection. 

This intersection has multiple blind spots that make it extremely hazardous, and many accidents have already been reported at this location. 

By adding stop signs on Smallman— making this a four-way intersection—and a clear crosswalk, road safety should improve drastically.
