We, the undersigned residents and concerned individuals, request the immediate implementation of enhanced security measures at our community pool. The current setup does not provide adequate safety for our families, guests, or children, and we believe proactive steps should be taken to prevent accidents, misuse, or unauthorized access.

We have experienced ongoing issues with groups of unaccompanied teenagers who do not reside in our neighborhood using the community pool without permission. They have been observed engaging in inappropriate behavior, including eating in restricted areas, using offensive language, smoking, and participating in rough play that has resulted in injuries. Additionally, some individuals have been seen jumping the fence to gain access. Their behavior is disruptive and disrespectful to residents, even to the point of paying families can not stay to enjoy. 

To improve safety and peace of mind, we are proposing the addition of one or more of the following security enhancements:

Surveillance Cameras – To monitor activity and deter inappropriate or unsafe behavior.
Motion-Activated Lighting – To improve visibility and deter after-hours use.
Pool Alarm Systems – To alert staff or residents of unauthorized or dangerous activity.
On-Site Lifeguard or Security Patrols – For extra protection during peak hours.
Clear Signage with Posted Rules – To make safety policies visible and enforceable.
