Dear Bethesda Game Studios, we, the community of fans of your wonderful games request that a patch be added to Fallout 3: Game of the Year Edition on Steam, allowing players to collect achievements. As we all remember on December 12 2021 Fallout 3: GOTY received the 1.7.0.4 patch on Steam with the release of Games for Windows Live. However achievements were not included despite our hopes and expectations. We remain hopeful as there are examples such as Grand Theft Auto 4 where GFWL was untied and achievements were added. Maybe there were additional cases like this that we are not aware of. We are not requesting a remake or remaster though that would be appreciated. Instead, we only need a patch and many people will be ecstatic to revisit their beloved post-apocalyptic world. I am not involved in game development but I assume that developing such a patch requires minimal effort and resources. It will breathe new life into this outstanding game and may further increase your sales. We wait eagerly for your news and believe in a miracle!
