I have always been passionate about sports. From a young age, sports have taught me discipline, teamwork, and the importance of physical health. However, when I reached middle school, I was disappointed to find that there were no sports clubs available for students like me.

Middle school is a critical time for children's development. According to the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC), regular physical activity can help improve students' academic performance including grades and standardized test scores (CDC 2019). Yet many middle schools across the country lack organized sports clubs where students can engage in regular physical activities.
