Too many people have currently reported speeding, almost getting hit in cross walks, and getting into car accidents from people speeding through the village and not paying attention to anything except themselves.

If we don't do something to change the way people speed through the village, by putting in speed bumps or other precautions, the results could be detrimental.

After personally witnessing these events, almost getting hit while crossing within a cross walk with my 5 month old, and getting rear-ended while 8.5 months pregnant with him while fully stopped at a stop sign, I believe a change is greatly needed.
