Throughout my extended time fishing on the south dock at Lake Nokomis, there always seems to be a problem regarding people needing restrooms. I have witnessed people close to accidents and in lots of pain. There are women that fish here that don’t have the ability to sneakily urinate in surrounding bushes, and people that don’t have cars to drive around the lake to the restrooms at the beach. As I’m writing this, I am staring at a piece of defecation stuck to the dock that has been transferred to my leg and smeared into my pants. Somebody accidentally pushed me into it. This is becoming unreal ! There are vulnerable adults and handicapped peoples that fish here too that do not have the ability to make it to the bathroom. There is handicapped parking by the trail to the dock, where are the restrooms ?

Not only beneficial to us anglers, the main population that I’ve observed at the lake are people enjoying the trail. That is a long trek from the south docks to the other side of the lake where the restrooms are ! We would appreciate bathrooms around the lake or even satellites.
