It's about time.

Despicable Me was released in 2010, and with it came its largest sensation: the minions. And who's to blame? The iconic little fellows stole our hearts ever since we saw them on screen, with their practical jokes and versions of songs that have been engraved in our minds. More specifically, their intellectual, even romantic language of Minionese is something most everyone should want to learn. The power of speech and understanding would enable the loyal fans to unlock the meaning and happiness that lies within their language. Yes, maybe we can understand the minions through their tone and body language; but just imagine how intriguing and endearing it would be to speak their native tongue!

So here lies my petition: let us, a society of greatness, add Minionese to Duolingo. The work of the people that worked on the movie and those who curated minionese would go to waste if the minions' language were not to be preserved!
