The stretch along Northern Avenue has become notorious for speeding vehicles and lack of proper lighting. These are conditions that endanger the lives of residents, pedestrians, and motorists every single day. Statistical data reinforces the narrative of peril—an increase in traffic accidents by nearly 30% over the past few years in this area, according to local reports.

Adding proper lighting will significantly improve visibility, thereby reducing nighttime accidents. Equally important, enforcement of speed limits through appropriate measures such as speed cameras and increased patrols will act as a deterrent for reckless driving.
