Thank you again for your support. I've had an update through from Councillor Stephanie Davies to share with you all.

Firstly, Stephanie has logged Councillor Service Request for information about what’s planned and when, which I will share as soon as I receive a copy.

Secondly, to formalise this petition and ensure it can be properly considered by Council, we require postcodes for every person who has signed. A little frustrating to find this out after the fact, however if it helps us, then we can do it!

What you need to do

Please email me (caitlin@wintaur.com) with your postcode by 7 July.

I'll add it to a spreadsheet and send this over to Stephanie, and it will be presented formally along with a cover letter, at the next council meeting in July.
