Add concepting to the dictionary

The Issue

Concepting is a core skill that creatives use every day to come up with ideas for campaigns, products, or content. Advertising agencies and studios bill for it. Brands pay for it. Careers sink or soar because of it. 

Despite all the evidence that this word exists, a major dictionary such as Merriam-Webster doesn’t recognize it. And tools like Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, iOS, and Grammarly, see it as a typo.
