As a business owner, I am aware that there is the option to tag one's business as "LGBTQ+ friendly" but it looks like there is no way to filter businesses this way in a search. It would be a simple way to find businesses whose ethic many of us agree with. 

Google has said that "The feature may become available later once there are sufficient requests." So, in addition to signing this petition, please also go to Google maps and encourage them to enstate this filter option.

In android you can go to settings, scroll all of the way down and turn on "shake to send feedback" and then shake your phone. An option to give "Your Opinions About Maps" will be at the bottom.

Let's make "sufficient requests."
