"The flag is intended to represent people with disabilities, their struggle for rights, and related concepts including the disability pride movement and the Paralympic Games." Nowadays emojis are used in everything from online usernames to pop culture, and even local community information. It would be very beneficial to have the disability flag emoji available for use to represent those of us who are disabled and want to spread awareness. It would be especially beneficial for those of us with invisible disabilities who don't present in an "obvious" way but would still like to represent themselves. A simple wheelchair emoji just doesn't cover the spectrum of disabilities.
