I am a student at Penfield High School. Punctuality matters to me, and for every student to learn best, they need to be on time to school. Many mornings, when I try to turn left at this specific intersection it takes me 15+ minutes to turn the left. I live within a mile of school, and even if I leave 30 minutes before school starts I'm often late. It's dangerous to students and drivers, and impedes traffic. I'm not the only student with this problem, with many students attributing this intersection to being late to school.
