He regained consciousness after the bystanders lifted the car off of him, but I fear for internal bleeding. He was hit by a southbound vehicle then run over by northbound. Very scary. Please be careful out there, folks! Wish there was some way to convince commuters that this is a neighborhood, not a thruway. Sad day. I'll be thinking of him all week.
