I recently spoke to a former committee member about this situation. It was suggested that this petition be removed. Why? Does the Club not like people to know the truth? I have been previously told I am supposed to be quiet, not say anything, walk away from the Club and people will soon forget me. If that is the club's suggested way of resolving things this is not acceptable.

I had legal advice that my club membership is current and I deserve that to have my membership respected by this Club. 

What happened:
1. I received repeated bullying emails from the then Club Secretary, Murray Tyler, demanding that I send my resignation as a life member in writing to the Club's post office box. I was told a resignation by email could not be accepted. This letter in writing as requested was never supplied.
2. I forwarded any emails received by this person to the then Club President and asked him or another Club Officer to please speak to me.  No one ever attempted to contact me.
3. I wrote a letter to the Club which I specifically asked to be presented to Committee. It was never presented.
4. I received an email from the officer who I specifically asked not to deal with advising me I was no longer a member. 
5. The Club's Committee refused to respond to any right of appeal when I became aware information that I specifically asked to be presented to committee was strangely not presented.
6. I later became aware the Club's constitution had subsequently been rewritten.

I have recently been advised the Club has had legal advice, presumably based on the revised constitution (which wasn't in place at the point of this occuring)  and have been told by this former committee member that my life membership is not current.

I have repeatedly called for some resolution so I am at least able to have this service recognised and have the ability to train my dog if I wish. Thriteen years later and I am finally told this is not a Committee issue and that the matter is consdiered to be in some way personal. I have repeatedly communicated the matter is in not in any way personal. It was suggested, during this conversation, this is a matter between myself and Murray Tyler.

I have since been told by Murray Tyler he has nothing to do with this issue and, rather than accepting any form of responsibility for actions that were totally unacceptable which lead to my resignation from Committee, I have again been "blamed" for this situation occuring and also "blamed" for his inability to continue as Club President.

It is now 13 years since I have been able to happily train my dog(s). No one from this Club has ever taken time to speak to me about this issue, despite being told by the Magistrates Court to report any concerns to the Club President which I did. I never received a response. There continues to be no communication including no willingness to put all this stupidity aside and finally pave a way forward.

13 years later I am still being "blamed" by the perpetrator who sees nothing wrong in his actions. He seem to be claiming this whole situation, including a 13 year exclusion from the sport, is in some way "deserved", He again claims to be communicating widely about this issue with people.

In summary, in 13 years no progress whatsoever has been achieved. There continues to be no acceptance that these actions towards a woman in the sport are indeed not acceptable.  I have reached out to many organisations for help and have been referred to yet more organisations, then ended up back at the organisations I first contacted. The whole system relating to not for profit clubs is a dismal joke!
