I have applied to rejoin this Club at their next new member intake on April 23rd 2021. Ten years of my life and valuable time which could have been spent enjoying my dogs has been wasted.

I regret this problem could have been avoided had this Club chosen to speak to me when I lodged a complaint 10 years ago.

Speaking to both parties is actually a requirement of their grievance procedure, I have never been approached for a chat. This is what caused the issues as the unacceptable behaviour continued and was seemingly never addressed.

I just want to be able to train my dogs and I believe I should be able to do so. So far the Club has not responded to my application to re-join in April.
