I have requested that monies owing to me by this club immediately be repaid. This has been met with no response. Part of the money was for a membership fee which was offered but not accepted.

This money is not a donation it is my money and it does not belong to the club.

I tried contacting sandy stockman today. Sandy was recently nominated for an agility award for encouraging people to participate in the sport. Sandy was the club secretary of the adcv committee. She did not respond to a request that this money be paid. Rather than pursuing this as an issue, she instead has blocked me from contacting her via Facebook. 

I have also attempted to contact Steve McDonald and sharryn Hutton. No response. 

This matter is proving this club is no longer honest in the way they choose to handle matters and I don't know why this is occuring.

All I know is I was advised to report Murray Tyler. This was done. The club never even spoke to me about this matter which is an obligation of this club under their constitution. I instead received emails from Murray Tyler himself stating my life membership was cancelled and that other club members were calling me names and laughing at me. This should never have occured. Over the past 10 years the club has elected to do absolutely nothing including now seemingly refusing to repay money which does not legally belong to them.

I happen to have rights which are being continually ignored and I don't know why this is occuring. I once received an email from Murray Tyler stating this treatment was "deserved". This should not happen to anyone, for any reason, ever.
