On 31st August 2015, Manipur Assembly passed three Bills - The Protection of Manipur People Bill, 2015, The Manipur Land Revenue and Land Reforms (seventh Amendment) Bill, 2015 and The Manipur Shops and Establishment (Second Amendment) Bill, 2015, which is against the Indian constitution and the interest of Outer Manipur Tribals. These three bills, if becomes an act is going to affect land rights of the tribals and tribals will become outsiders in their ancestral land.   Furthermore, the conditions of the tribals in the hilly regions of Manipur, has worsen at the same time when economic conditions in the valley enjoys growth in wealth and livelihood. It's clearly visible to every living humanity, how the majority mass from the valley has utilized the representative form of government for the safeguard and well being livelihood of their own community, all benefits restricted to the minority tribals. If it continues without being justified, no future can be hope for the deterioted tribals of manipur. Tribals in the neigbouring state also face the similarity. It's time to call for united tribals, and reform ourselves first, so that we'll be more establish and powerful, in order to struggle, to achieved the goal that we always dream of, the law that will safegaurd the tribals. Recently, the demands of the valley people, demands that cannot be accepted to any living soul in the world, demands that will make the tribals, visitors to their own land, has provided us a great oppurtunity to realise ourselves the depths of suffering we have been through and a cleamsy of even worse to experience. So, Let us unite and seek support from humanity around the world. Let us demand the Law, that will protect us from becoming a foriegner to ourselves, the law that will provide us every right that the beautiful, admirable hills of manipur belongs to us. Together we stand, divided we fall. Its time to fight against such injustice, for a better tommorow, for the generations to come, for ouselves and our families, friends, persons we care and love, for the history of tribals to move on with a better story to tell. If its not now, it will be too late, then the only rights we'll have by the time we rest at our dying bed, is the regret of our own failure, a failure that will end the history of the tribals's existence. There will remain no humanity of tribals if we don't stand and fight at this moment.
