As a staff member, taxpayer, community member, and/or parent resident in the Adams 14 School District, we the undersigned are demanding the following:

• The immediate removal of Superintendent Patrick Sanchez from his position
• The immediate removal of Superintendent's Cabinet members: Deputy Kandy Cassaday-Steel and General Counsel, Walter Kramarz
• That the Colorado Department of Education aid the Adams 14 Board of Education in conducting an immediate and robust EXTERNAL search for a HIGHLY QUALIFIED SUPERINTENDENT, with a proven track record in both culturally and linguistically diverse, and systemically-fragile settings
• An immediate investigation into all financial, policy-based, and personnel decisions (including but not limited to hiring, firing, administrative leave, investigatory, and voluntary and involuntary resignations, as well as settlement payouts) made during Superintendent Sanchez' tenure
• A public hearing to review the lack of transparency in hiring and firing administrative and executive level positions as well as to review all internal and external, open and closed staff and parent complaints against the Board of Education, Superintendent Sanchez, Deputy Superintendent Cassady-Steel, and General Counsel, Kramarz 
• An immediate investigation into any and all complaints recorded and/or documented relative to Adams 14 School Board non-discrimination and harassment policies
