Actualize Justice for Trees

Actualize Justice for Trees
The Issue
Significant changes were made to this petition, and a new page created because the prior was obstructed.
Cutting down any tree, not only old growth, has been, is, and always will be Illegal, against a fundamental Law of this planet.
A life is a life.
Optimally, there is zero need on this planet to kill anything, especially not a plant.
If a tree is growing where you want to build, you must build around it. That is the Law.
If you are unable to build around a tree, you are not meant to build there, and will have to build somewhere else.
Whether a tree is of fundamental importance to this planet, whether the older a tree gets, the more it heals this planet, whether the older a tree gets, the more carbon it sequesters, these reasons miss the point.
A plant is not worthy because of what it might offer you.
The point is not about how valuable a plant is. The point is not about what you can get from another life. The point is not about what you can get from somebody.
These lifes exist for themselves, are living, and we persons have a responsibility to let these lifes live their own lives.
Let another life live their own life.
Let somebody else live their own life.
From building houses, apartment buildings, stores, office buildings to creating furniture and paper, there is a wealth of different options which one can work with instead of trees, from Oat to Flax, Hemp, including Hempcrete, Wheat, Mushrooms, to Earth Masonry, Cob Building, others.
What are the optimal choices to work with in your region instead of trees?
What are the optimal choices to work with in British Columbia, and each specific region of British Columbia, instead of trees?
Are there plants which could be farmed, to then build or work with?
Mayor Linda Buchanan and Councillors Holly Back, Don Bell, Angela Girard, Jessica McIlroy, Tony Valente, and ex-Councillor Tina Hu, all of the City of North Vancouver, decided to approve a project, a new recreation centre, next to Centennial Theatre in North Van, on land which included a parking-lot, skate-park, and track-field, in addition to trees.
Mayor Buchanan and the Council's expressed idea was to build a new centre so that the older Harry Jerome Centre across the street could remain open whilst the new was built.
There are two other centres with the same facilities within walking-distance, in addition to at least eight other recreation centres in North Van, which people could go to as the older Harry Jerome Recreation Centre is upgraded, enhanced, rebuilt, bettered. This precise idea of bettering is something which was already done with another above-mentioned recreation centre within walking-distance, the Delbrook Recreation Centre, rebuilt a few years ago, with a suggestion to alternatively go to the Harry Jerome Recreation Centre.
Mayor Buchanan and the Councillors had been told repeatedly to avoid approving construction which interfered with trees.
Beginning in March of 2021, many trees were cut down.
There was zero need.
They should have known better.
All of the trees, including the Cherry Blossom trees, were iconic to North Van.
One is unable to replace a tree with another. Each tree is an unique, individual life.
A life is a life.
They were bribed.
The greed and injustice of Mayor Buchanan and each Councillor must end. They must be directly brought to Justice.
Could you consider doing whatsoever it takes to cause Mayor Linda Buchanan and Councillors Holly Back, Don Bell, Angela Girard, Jessica McIlroy, Tony Valente, and ex-Councillor Tina Hu of the City of North Vancouver to be Justly arrested and incarcerated on account of allowing the murder of trees, with optimum-reporting?
Could you call and email the North Vancouver Police Department and the Department of Justice Canada, asking them to Justly arrest and incarcerate the Mayor and each Councillor?
Perhaps, could you also contact reporters, including all journalists, photographic-reporters, and film-reporters, and ask them to be there in-person throughout the entire arrests and incarcerations, photographing and filming the entire time whilst the Mayor and Council are put into prison, with requests for statements?
Alternatively, you could kill each of these government-workers dead.
Could you email, call, and speak to as many persons as you can, asking them to consider offering their help?
Could you create actualizations of what is Just always Occurring with the land next to Centennial Theatre in North Van?
Could you,
email, call, and speak to as many people as you can about ending the unnecessary murder of trees,
discover the optimal choices to work with in everyone's region instead of trees,
get each business to avoid working with trees and products made of trees, instead working with the optimal materials,
and help get optimum-work for each person who had work connected in any way to the murder of trees?
Could you add your name to this petition to give resonance to getting Mayor Linda Buchanan and Councillors Holly Back, Don Bell, Angela Girard, Jessica McIlroy, Tony Valente, and ex-Councillor Tina Hu of the City of North Vancouver Justly arrested and incarcerated?
You are invited to the Justice for Trees Actions, with a desire to have this every day at 1 p.m., on 23rd Street, just off Lonsdale Avenue, in the City of North Vancouver, calling for the Just arrest and incarceration of the Mayor and Councillors on account of allowing the murder of trees.
The desire is for the Justice for Trees Actions to occur next to Centennial Theatre, 2300 Lonsdale Avenue, where trees were murdered, including, on 23rd Street, Cherry Blossom trees iconic to North Vancouver and Vancouver. Additional trees murdered were close to St Georges Avenue, a block east from Lonsdale Avenue. In addition, there was a bridge from the Harry Jerome Recreation Centre to Centennial Theatre, a bridge also iconic to North Van, a bridge which connected sport to art, removed because the bridge was deemed too low for the bulldozers and the trucks and the equipment to get to the close-by site to murder the trees and cut into the Earth.
During the Actions, perhaps some could speak about the Earth, of how a life is a life even when you think you can't get anything from it, of Cherry Blossom trees, giving the botanical name, and how they are part of the Rose Family, mentioning some of the plants of that family, specifically the Prunus Genus, speaking of how Cherry Blossom trees are sisters of Plums, mentioning how Plums which have been dried are also known as Prunes, a reference to the Prunus Genus, with sisters of Cherries, Peaches, Apricots. Perhaps some can offer history or story of North Van, including how many of the Cherry Blossom trees were gifts to North Van from Vancouver, gifted by Nippon.
Additionally, a Dandelion is not a lesser plant than a tree.
Get the guillotines ready, now.
