Acquire Sonic the Hedgehog from SEGA

Problem:
Because i want the Sonic the Hedgehog Franchise to get a New home rather than stay in its Old Home at Sega....and i don't want the franchise to be dragged through the mud again and again and again. Activision, i know you can do it, i know you can......please........
