Our provincial health officer, Dr Bonnie Henry, and health minister Adrian Dix have once again imposed ignorant, unnecessary and illogical restrictions upon our province. The order to close gyms, exercise studios and other health conscious establishments is ludacris. These environments promote both physical and mental health, which is proven to strength our immune systems. To enter these places we are required to provide proof of double vaccination, we are required to wear masks, we are required to clean any and everything we touch. Outside of our own homes this is likely the cleanest environment we enter each day. There is absolutely no empirical evidence identifying a gym as source of outbreak and anyone with common sense or the intellect of a young child can see this restriction is ridiculous. We aren’t sheep and we’ve jumped through enough hoops. We have all had our civil rights and our privileges infringed upon by our government. Let’s stand together and put a stop to this injustice. Actually let’s call it what it is… bullshit
