The continuing hike in energy prices appears to be with us for the foreseeable future.

Panic is setting in and there is a concern that people will take drastic measures when bills can't be paid.

Everyone is affected and so we need to grasp the problem collectively.

Rather than tinkering around with small hand-outs while energy companies make huge profits, it would be responsible for the Government to nationalise energy for the time being at least and put aside any political differences for the sake of us all.

We call upon Boris Johnson, Liz Truss and Rishi Sunak to work with the opposition parties to avert a disaster and nationalise domestic energy as soon as practically possible.
