Ce procès devra :

-Rassembler des preuves solides et bien documentées des dommages causés à l’environnement.

-Utiliser les lois internationales pour poursuivre les responsables.

-Sensibiliser l’opinion publique et mobiliser un soutien mondial pour cette cause.

-Collaborer avec les gouvernements et les institutions internationales pour garantir l’efficacité et la légitimité de cette action.

Pourquoi est-ce important ?

La crise environnementale actuelle menace la survie de nombreuses espèces, y compris la nôtre. Les actions des pollueurs et des destructeurs de la planète ont des conséquences dévastatrices sur les écosystèmes, la santé humaine et le climat. Malheureusement, de nombreux gouvernements ne prennent pas les mesures nécessaires pour lutter contre ces problèmes, et ceux qui essaient sont souvent entravés par le pouvoir des entreprises et la corruption. We, citizens of the world, concerned about the state of our planet and the climate emergency, call upon the following environmental and legal organizations, as well as those who wish to repair the world with us, to join forces to organize a global action to hold polluters and destroyers of the planet accountable for their actions.
