Dr Keerti killed our kitten due to neglect, callousness and finally causing aspiration in the lungs by force feeding  water directly into the throat. Require strict action against Dr Keerti of maxvet veterinary hospital.

Maxvet is known as a multispeciality hospital with good facilities and some.gpod vets.  But I can see Dr Keerti Singh is not fit to be at maxvet or any good hospital, rather she is not fit to be in the medical.professional.
Dr Keerti killed our foster kitten. The kitten had a minor cold and slightly loose poop. The kitten was active. Dr Keerti never ever bothered,  she came checked and didn't care. A small kitten weighing less than 600 gms was  given 60 ml of fluid. Dr Keerti doesn't even know how to draw blood. She tried drawing blood from his front paw and punctured it badly. Then she told us to step back and got two paravets and went straight to the jugular vein and tried to draw blood but she couldn't. She punctured his neck with multiple pokes and after that the kitten couldn't hold its head straight and he stopped having his milk formula.
After she started the antibiotics the kitten got constipated. For 3 days we kept telling her that the kitten was constipated and it fell on deaf ears. She kept saying it happens. On day 4 the kitten vomited after eating due to his constipation, we took him to the maxvet and she didn't care. We told her about the constipation  and she said it's OK, though it was day 4,. We had informed her that the kitten was unable to hold his neck after she and the paravets pinned it down by its neck and she said it's not a big thing, we told her the kitten had vomited and instead of giving the kitten an antiemetic,  she took water in  a big syringe and gave it 4 times though the kitten was gasping . She didn't even know how to administer fluid through a syringe. She thrust it right into the mouth and the kitten started aspirating. The kitten was in a bad shape, we asked her to do.something  but she said IV fluids,  she didn't realise that she had administered over 60 ml fluid instead of the usual 5 to 10 ml. The kitten was gasping for breath due to aspiration caused by Dr Keerti pushing water into his mouth  the wrong way,  our repeated  pleas for her to look into it fell on deaf ears. The kitten collapsed.  Dr Keerti killed the kitten by not addressing constipation, fluid overload and the nail in the coffin was her causing aspiration by wrongly syringe feeding a kitten water multiple times at full speed.  We kept telling her that he is gagging and  gasping for breath after she force fed water.  The kitten gagged on the water and collapsed, but she made her paravets hold the kitten and continued force feeding water.
She is the most incompetent  and callous veterinarian we have seen in our  10 years of rescue and  a horrible human being. By the way, she kept telling us to give the kitten normal Mother Dairy milk. Later we learnt  from Dr Vartika (who came as a one day replacement as it was Dr Keerti's off or leave) that cats are lactose intolerant and switched to kitten milk formula.  She was empathetic, addressed the cold, gave us simple tips etc.
Your excellence in patient care and diagnosis, Dr Bhanu's eye for detail, care and sagacity isn't  reflected in her. We have dealt with some of the young vets at maxvet like Dr Kalpana, Dr Aparna, Dr Ankit , Dr Naidu, Dr Kanika  and Dr Khan and they have been very sincere and make an effort. We understand at times the treatment can go wrong but these vets have made a sincere effort  and gave their 100 per cent.  But Dr Keerti has been very indifferent, callous and nasty from the word GO...
Dr  Keerti is not competent to work in an organisation like maxvet and strict action needs to be taken against her for negligence, callousness and poor patient care.
