Dear all,

this Saturday, German City of Landau (Pfalz) will honor among others Albrecht Hornbach with an award (https://bit.ly/2Ktvkrl Albrecht Hornbach is the Chairman of the Board of Directors. This event should not take place without our comments. 

Other two have done meaningful things for the world: Gerlinde Rahm aided Ruanda and Christian Schad initiated many social projects in the region. Albrecht Hornbach, too, has many positions in many organizations. Yet, he also stands for producing the racist and misogynic ad campaign to please his target customers, white men over 50s, while completely ignoring Asian women's criticisms. What kind of honor does he have, if his company perpetuates racial and sexist stereotype against Asian women, a minority group in Germany? 

Albrecht Hornbach one of the most powerful people related to the company who could have decided to stop the ad. But he didn't. 

Let's write E-Mails to the City of Landau that we don't agree with the award to Albrecht Hornbach. Let's tell the other two awardees that they are going to share the honor with someone whose company makes racist and misogynic ad against Asian women.
