ExxonMobil messed with Texas in Supreme Court.  Here's what we know:

ExxonMobil lies.  They have for decades.  They knew about it.  They knew the cost to all life on Earth.  They did and still do not care.  Their BIG case against their decimating actions against the planet amounts to 'It is our right to lie'.
