Hi and thank you so much for signing and sharing Curtis' petition. We are currently waiting on the Supreme Court to make a ruling about whether prior juveniles who were sentenced to life without parole will be eligible for retroactivity on their sentences. We have even asked the Prosecutors office to accept a plea but because we are waiting on the Supreme court to make a ruling the state turned down a plea bargain and we should know something hopefully in the next few months.
