Regretfully, the hearing is being rescheduled for Jan 22 @ 1:30pm. feel like our chains are being yanked but after everything was done, subpoena's were sent, hotels booked etc the Sherriff stated he will not approve the transfer because its not 5-10 days and this was NEVER advised or explained to the attorney or judges office... and the judge's hands are tied. Not even a private company is allowed to get him b/c the sheriffs are the ones who will hold him. Everything is in God's perfect timing but this was definitely unexpected!
