Distracting horn and siren sound effects on the radio need to stop. They are dangerous for drivers, and can cause a "boy who cried wolf" scenario for emergency service vehicles and genuine horn honking.

How are drivers supposed to know wether the sound is from their own car, or another vehicle on the road?
