Picnic supporting Maternal Mental Health
We're hosting a Maternal Mental Health picnic, enabling women and men in the community to raise awareness of MMH; to support each other (especially new mums); to make new friends, and create a 'village of support.' See you at the Archery Lawn in the beautiful Christchurch Botanic Gardens

About the event
- We have a Christchurch City Council permit for the walk and picnic

- There will be police presence (for your peace of mind)

- The route of the walk will be shared on the day

- Please bring your own refreshments as the café might not be able to accommodate us all

- Please bring a picnic blanket and/or a lightweight collapsible table to the picnic (we have beautiful sunflower tablecloths made by a loving and generous woman in Auckland)

- You needn’t be a group member to attend. All supporters of Lauren and Maternal Mental Health may attend, as well as your families

- T-shirts, reserved & unreserved can be collected at 10am at 20 Lichfield Street, Christchurch Central (Entrance A1)

- Please bring sunflowers with, for yourself and to represent our members from across the globe

- If you haven’t reserved a t-shirt, please wear a shirt of similar colour on the day. It’s important that our unity is shown visually, and we won’t have enough t-shirts for everyone

- Friends can video link you through phones if you’re not able to attend
