There are several Ace Hardware franchise locations selling merchandise that is promoting white supremacist ideals and organizations. The Gadsden Flag has been co-opted by white supremacists and is often flown with the confederate flag, a well known. This flag was flown and carried by many participants in the attack on the U.S. government on January 6, 2021.

Any flag, t-shirt or other merchandise bearing the symbols that stand for white supremacy and hatred has no place in the retail spaces where all people have the right to shop. The very presence of this merchandise tells people that Ace Hardware is supporting white supremacy and violence against those who are not white Christians. 

Please sign this petition asking Ace Hardware to remove this merchandise or cause to have removed from franchise stores.  Support freedom and safety for everyone. Please sign.
