The people who are affected by this are the most vulnerable people in society . They look to the courts of the land ,to help them resolve a criminal or civil problem ,they should not be attacked by the very person whose job it is to adjudicate. The adjudication of any criminal or civil court proceedings ,should be done by a Judge whose role it is , to simply interpret the law and the legal system ,in order to generate the lawful outcome. A Judge should not be entitled to vent their , anger , bias , discrimination, personal opinion , nor be allowed to display an aggressive, condescending or abusive attitude towards the parties involved.Due to a Judge knowing there is little or no accountability for their actions in court , Courts in the UK should have mandatory recording equipment installed ,in order that court proceedings are recorded , with clear video and audio ,so that any complaints against a Judge can be corroborated with video evidence.Courts should be required by law to install recording equipment. This petition is to demand that this happens as soon as possible.UK courts must be made to record all court proceedings ,in order to maintain the integrity of the Judge , as they have been allowed to get away with abusive behaviour for too long. It is not right , nor just , that a  Judge , instead of being respected and revered , is feared by the parties involved. A Judge should not be allowed to dominate court proceedings , whilst parties walk on eggshells , lest they incur the wrath of said judge , which would render their court proceedings lost , regardless of evidence. 

If things are allowed to remain the same then any Judge who believes they are untouchable and believe they are a higher entity and a more superior being ,to the people that they deal with , will continue to become , so out of touch with reality and so far removed from personal and professional accountability ,that they will continue to exist in an autocratic bubble ,whereby they continue to destroy lives on a daily basis, with no accountability ,whatsoever and no remorse .To allow a Judge to be unaccountable for their conduct ,renders them not only superior to all others ,but allows them to believe ,that they are superior ,to others and this means that justice will not be done.

Now is the time to act and the importance of acting immediately ,is to demand that courts install recording equipment, so that all court business is recorded, this will stop a Judge ,from having no accountability for their personal actions ,within court proceedings and will help safeguard people, from a miscarriage of justice and protect people from a Judge who is committing , moral ,ethical and legal atrocities on a daily basis. No one person should be allowed to believe , that they have a superior intelligence or superior right over others , simply because they are a Judge , or be allowed to determine the outcome of someone’s life. As a human being , first and foremost, a Judge regardless of legal training ,will have made an instant decision , regarding what they believe is the truth . A Judge who is unaccountable for making decisions, based on personal and human emotions ,such as anger ,bias , threat and contempt is allowed to continue to do so , if the courts are not monitored and recorded. No one should be subjected to , anger , aggression , shouting and threatening behaviour ,or eccentric idiosyncrasies displayed by a Judge , during the judicial process. This is not the law , the legislation does not allow for Judge to abuse a person seeking justice. The recording of court cases and court process would not only expose a Judge who displays this behaviour , but allow them to be held accountable immediately. This must be done by a panel of independent legally trained officers ,as a Judge who is aggressive , harsh , venomous , or eccentric, in their general demeanour, should not be allowed to vent this on parties within court proceedings.This type of behaviour is not acceptable and the only way to stamp it out is to make recording mandatory in UK courts .
