The Security agencies in Uganda on 13th August 2018 rounded up MPS and other people (34) in total and took them to unidentified locations 

These people  were later produced in a court martial and charged with treason, following the alleged attack on the presidential convoy. These allegations however haven't been proved.  HON KYAGULANYI (BOBI WINE) was among those arrested plus three other MPS. These were treated with no little respect as Ugandan Legislatures. 

BOBI WINE was charged with illegal possession of fire arms, and remanded in an army prison. 

All these (34) we're severely beaten and are in critical conditions

These should be given a fair hearing in a civilian court, and should access  medical treatment in private health centers immediately. 

We risk as a nation to loose integrity and abuse our constitution if justice and fairness is not adhered to by some security agencies and the general public.
