

Did Sunriver have a 501(c)(4) exempt status even before the Private Letter Ruling, before 1995?
This screenshot from the 1982 Sunriver Master Plan has interesting language in regards to general public and member access at the Marina on an economical basis. (It also states the income should go into the maintenance fund.) When did that change and why?
Did, and does, Sunriver Resort receive a discount off of the property tax bill by virtue of allowing a tax exempt entity use of the Marina facilities?
