'In the order issued by the Election Officer for the Rajya Sabha elections, the name 'Shri Justice Rohit Arya' is written as the authorized objector on behalf of the BJP's third candidate. Justice Rohit Arya is a retired judge of the Madhya Pradesh High Court, and retired Justice Arya has violated Article 220 of the Indian Constitution by acting as the objector on behalf of the BJP candidate before the Rajya Sabha Election Officer. The BJP has murdered democracy and stolen the seat in such a way that an unauthorized, ineligible person becomes the objector on behalf of the BJP candidate.
