•  إذ تستمر قوات الاحتلال الإسرائيلي باستهداف المدنيين الفلسطينيين، واقتحام المخيمات والمدن والقرى الفلسطينية، وحصار مخيم شعفاط ونابلس وجنين، وفرض العقوبات الجماعية على سكانها، وإذ تواصل هذه القوات اعتقال وقتل عشرات الفلسطينيين شهرياً، وإذ تستمر سياسات الاحتلال ببناء مئات الوحدات الاستيطانية غير الشرعية في الأراضي الفلسطينية المحتلة، وتفرض واقع الفصل العنصري على هذه الأراضي المحتلة، وإذ تستمر اقتحامات المسجد الأقصى المبارك والحرم الإبراهيمي من قبل قطعان المستوطنين تحت حراسة وحماية وتشجيع قوات الاحتلال.

•  فإنّ الحملة الأكاديمية الدولية تؤكّد على النقاط التالية:
• -         دعوة جميع كوادر الجامعات الفلسطينية والعربية والدولية والباحثين إلى عدم زيارة دولة الاحتلال "إسرائيل".
• -          دعوة جميع كوادر الجامعات الفلسطينية والعربية والدولية والباحثين إلى عدم استخدام مطارات دولة الاحتلال كمطار بن غوريون ومطار ريمون.
• -          مقاطعة دولة الاحتلال أكاديمياً، ومنع أيّ نوع من أنواع التبادل الأكاديمي والثقافي والإعلامي مع الأكاديميين والباحثين العاملين في دولة الاحتلال.
• -         إطلاق نداء إلى جميع الطلبة الجامعيين في العالم لاعتبار "إسرائيل" دولة احتلال مارقة، تنتهك القانون الدولي وتفرض حالة الأبرتهايد على الأراضي الفلسطينية المحتلة وتمارسها.

A Statement issued by the International Academic Campaign Against Israeli Occupation and Apartheid

Academics, boycott Israel before it terminates Palestinians’ Lives! It is a racist occupying state

As the Israeli occupation forces continue to target Palestinian civilians, storm Palestinian camps, cities and villages, besiege Shua’fat camp, Nablus and Jenin, and impose collective punishment measures against their inhabitants, as these forces continue to arrest and kill dozens of Palestinians every month, as the occupation policies continue to build hundreds of illegal settlement units in the occupied Palestinian territories, and impose the reality of apartheid on these occupied territories, as the incursions of the blessed Al-Aqsa Mosque and the Ibrahimi Mosque (Cave of the Patriarchs) continue by settlers herds under the guard, protection and encouragement of the occupation forces.

 The international academic campaign emphasizes the following:

- Calling on all Palestinian, Arab and international university cadres and researchers not to visit the occupying state, "Israel".

- Calling on all Palestinian, Arab and international university cadres and researchers not to use the airports of the occupying power, such as Ben Gurion Airport and Raymond Airport.

- Academic boycott of the occupying country, and the prevention of any kind of academic, cultural and media exchange with academics and researchers working in the occupying country.

- Launching a call to all university students in the world to consider "Israel" as a rogue occupying state, that violating international law and imposing apartheid on the occupied Palestinian territories.
