we the students of University of Engineering & Management (UEM), Kolkata have been giving exams for our 2nd semester since the last two months. first, term 1, then term 2 and as of right now we are appearing for the end semester exam for 2nd semester. we have received a notice regarding commencement of the next semester i.e. the 3rd semester from 12th of July while our 2nd semester end on 5th July.

we are requesting for a break of at least 15 days after finishing the final exam on 5th July for our 2nd semester which is essentially required for us to relax after have been appearing for exams since the past 2 months. we would be glad if you could make the changes for increasing the break gap between the semesters by at least 10 to 15 days more.
