Like all other cities we the people from Kolkata already gave importance to Uber Ola (Private App Based Cab Service) over our traditional Yellow Taxi. There were many reasons like refusal, demand of extra fare, rude behaviour of the drivers etc for which we rejected yellow taxi. We paid additional amount to private app based cab services for their premium services like AC Cab, GPS, Online payment mode, customer service etc. But after Covid situation, the things already changed now these app based cab drivers behave similarly like yellow taxi drivers. They refuse the trip, they cancelled the trip when it is in online payment mode, they demand extra cash and more often the most important issue is they never on the AC. At first their excuse was Covid but now they ask about hike in fuel cost and that is why they don't switch on the AC. So the people of Kolkata are extremely fed up with this situation and it should be improved immediately. Please stay with this survey to change the situation to change something.
