Considering how we are going through a global pandemic at the moment, this petition is necessary for us since the matter at hand has been pleaded to be changed toward the upper authorities and teachers to express the stress we are going through. Yet, every time our pleads for certain basic needs has been neglected.

Its well known this pandemic has been taken seriously ever since March and schools have been closed subsequently throughout the year. Students were given some time to grasp what had been going throughout the world and to be mentally prepared for studying maybe the near future, but we weren't given the opportunity to think about it since we barely got 2 days after our schools were closed, we were pushed to do projects, learn for tests, revisions and assignments.

Without a word, we had followed it since we knew our school did not take our words into any sort of consideration. Yet despite that, we stood up for some sort of rest but were denied. We soon gave up and looked forward to our summer vacations or our Ramadan vacations which would last about 2-3 months. but, soon we had been informed that our summer vacations would be deducted to 2 weeks but in some way, the teachers did not understand the meaning of summer vacation and decided to keep contact with us and kept giving us assignments to do while we would fast and learn for our upcoming exams that would be reminded to us every few days.

A competition had been held, to write an essay and post it on the website, but perhaps our teachers didn't understand the word "competition" and yet again pressured us into writing a huge essay when not needed. Over that stupid thing, our Hindi teacher basically forced us to write a completely different one and upload it and all for being promised marks and threatened to not be given our hall tickets. At the end for all our countless assignments and projects, we got 5 marks.

Henceforth barely a break since day 3 of the pandemic that could be dedicated to not doing something for the school whether it was their overflowing amounts of assignments that would come from our school board while those decisions were clearly made within the school such us 10 projects for art (which weren't meant for us) at the same time. While students from our home country have been given some time before their school had started and the school board has been especially considerate for them not getting stressed in many ways such as reducing portion was a decision made clearly for our peers from India, many such problems have lead us to make this petition. 

We only demand holidays and reduction to the useless work we have shoved to us without consideration.
