Hi everyone! Last year, thanks to your overwhelming support, I was able to take our voices to the Parliament to call for Australia’s true history and that of its First Nations people to be taught in schools. Now, the pressure is mounting as diverse voices echo the need for change.

As I said in my interview to the Herald Sun, “It would be great to have black history taught because this is a Black Country. There are still some people who don’t know about things like the Stolen Generation...”

All Australian kids deserve to learn about this country’s real history. We need to change the education system now so kids can grow up being aware about Aboriginal history and culture. This will give First Nations people the value and respect we deserve.
